SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be read alongside our main Terms. By placing an order with Light X Night, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Free Fast Shipping
We offer Free Fast Shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 10–28 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to production time, customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, high demand periods, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once your order is packaged and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Express Shipping
At Light X Night, we offer Express Shipping for customers who wish to receive priority production and delivery. The express shipping fee is $29.99. Estimated delivery time for express shipping is 7–12 business days. Express Shipping means your order receives priority handling, the fastest available production, and the fastest available shipping method at the time of fulfillment. While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Due to high demand or custom production, processing times may exceed 48 business hours. Orders may be shipped from one of our international warehouses depending on product availability.

International Shipping & Customs
We offer worldwide shipping. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All LED Neon Signs and Neon Posters sold by Light X Night are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer. Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, and order cancellations are not possible once production has started. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your product is being manufactured specifically for you and is non-refundable.

Delays & Delivery Issues
In the event of a delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide updated tracking information when available. Light X Night is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections or clearance, weather conditions, strikes, high shipping volume periods, or other events beyond our control.

Delivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Light X Night is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier directly and notify us as soon as possible so we may assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee for re-shipment.

Shipping Restrictions
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Orders ship on business days only, Monday through Friday.
