Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important – Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, LED Neon Signs and Neon Posters are non-refundable and non-returnable.
All neon signs and posters are covered by a 2-year warranty for technical defects only. This warranty applies to manufacturing or electrical issues and does not cover human damage, misuse, physical damage, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Custom-made and personalized products are also non-returnable.
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right in accordance with our warranty policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
This right does not apply to custom-made items, including LED neon signs and neon posters, which are produced specifically for you.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
If a return is approved, we’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
